- For the first cooperation,as an agreement for each other, we will charge a sample fee. However, we will refund the samples charge when you place the order.
- About the sample lead time, for existing samples, it takes 2-3 working days. If you want to get customized samples, it takes 5-7 days or even longer.
- Usually our production lead time is 30 days. If you need your thermos water bottles in urgent, we can discuss case by case and try to finish the products in advance.
